At launch, LUNAZET accounts are limited to US- or UK-established businesses. Outreach is email-only. US recipients must be user-confirmed eligible organizations; UK recipients must be user-confirmed corporate subscribers. Accounts outside the US or UK, EEA/EU targets, targets in every other or unknown jurisdiction, and UK recipients that are sole traders or ordinary partnerships are unavailable.

These restrictions reduce risk; they do not determine whether a campaign is lawful, guarantee compliance, or replace qualified legal advice.
No. It provides scanning, evidence, drafting, review, and scheduling tools. Offer quality, targeting, sales ability, deliverability, and market demand remain outside the product’s control.
No. The launch release is email-only. Social, phone, SMS, and direct-message outreach are unavailable.
Only role-based corporate email addresses visibly published on the recipient's public business website. Named or personal UK addresses remain blocked until qualified counsel approves, and LUNAZET implements, a UK GDPR lawful-basis and transparency workflow. A public role address does not by itself make outreach lawful.
The required disclosure wording "Commercial email — this message is an advertisement.", the configured sender and business identity, a valid postal address, and a functioning opt-out instruction. LUNAZET blocks approval and sending if any required item is removed or empty.
No single website score is objective. LUNAZET exposes each rule, measurement, confidence level, and weight so you can decide what matters.
The desktop application is designed to keep prospect and campaign data locally. Account, billing, and licence information may be processed by the web service.
The core scanner, scoring system, message builder, and language guard work without an external AI API.
Gmail accounts can be connected through Google authorization. Review-required sending remains the default. Autopilot must be enabled for a specific Loop and remains subject to eligibility, evidence, suppression, content, reply, sender-health, and account-wide daily-cap gates. Provider limits and policies still apply.
No. The product provides configurable controls and records. Users remain responsible for determining whether their outreach is permitted.
