Access boundaries
Do not bypass authentication, access restrictions, robots controls, CAPTCHAs, or platform protections.
02
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the product for deceptive claims, harassment, evasion, fake engagement, or any social, phone, SMS, or direct-message outreach in the launch release.
03
Provider and opt-out rules
Respect mailbox-provider rules, suppression records, opt-outs, and applicable law.
04
Market and channel restrictions
These restrictions reduce risk; they do not determine whether a campaign is lawful, guarantee compliance, or replace qualified legal advice.
- Use an account only for a business established in the US or UK.
- For US outreach, confirm that each recipient is an eligible organization before drafting or sending.
- For UK outreach, confirm that each recipient is a corporate subscriber rather than a sole trader or ordinary partnership.
- For UK outreach, use only a role-based corporate email address visibly published on the recipient's public business website. Named or personal UK addresses remain blocked until a reviewed UK GDPR lawful-basis and transparency workflow is implemented.
- Do not use for EEA/EU targets or targets in any other or unknown jurisdiction.
- Do not use the launch release for social, phone, SMS, or direct-message outreach.
- Keep the required disclosure wording "Commercial email — this message is an advertisement.", configured sender and business identity, valid postal address, and functioning opt-out instruction in every cold email.
- Stop and seek qualified advice when account, entity, recipient, or campaign eligibility is uncertain.
